Coinciding with the festival, discover Tale of Mahjong, a new global Hutong cocktail menu inspired by the traditional Chinese game, where every serve brings its own story of chance, character and fortune.
Discover Win, a smoky, spicy and tart creation of tangerine peel-infused mezcal, El Mayor Blanco tequila, apricot liqueur and chilli-pineapple oleo saccharum, balanced with yuzu and silky egg white. Presented in a lantern and finished with citrus chilli oil, it’s a bold and intriguing serve.
Moonlight offers a softer, more mysterious expression, pairing vibrant passion fruit and floral hibiscus with a silky milk wash, rich almond and goji berry for a beautifully tart finish.
Finally, toast to good fortune with Prosperity. Chrysanthemum-infused gin meets clarified ginger and Sichuan pepper, brightened with passion fruit soda and finished with lime and elderflower jelly for a crisp, spiced and fruity finish.
