An advance booking is recommended, although walk-ins are welcome (subject to availability).

Yes — window tables with views of the London skyline are guaranteed when booking the Skyline Set Menu, priced at £90 per person at lunch and £145 per person at dinner. Reservations made on other menus cannot guarantee a window table, though requests can be made subject to availability.

Children are very welcome to join you at the restaurant.

Please do include all children in total number of guests.

Kindly note, the bar area is over 18 only after 5pm.

There is public car parking space behind Guy’s Hospital (opposite The Shard building, SE1 3RU).

Most of our dishes are prepared using halal meat; however, some ingredients may not be halal certified. We also offer a wide selection of vegetarian, seafood, and fish dishes to suit a variety of dietary preferences.

Hutong is fully accessible for wheelchair users.

Only guide dogs are permitted at The Shard.

Voucher FAQs

 

To redeem a gift voucher or experience, an advance reservation is required and the original voucher must be presented at the restaurant

Vouchers features a unique reference code that must be quoted at the time of booking and redemption. The voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or credit will be given. The unique code may only be redeemed once.

Vouchers are valid 48 hours after purchase.

Vouchers are valid for 12 months after purchase. However, monetary vouchers cannot be redeemed on New Year’s Eve or Chinese New Year.

No, vouchers are not redeemable with other offers and discounts.
