Available Sunday to Friday from 5pm at £60 per person (for a minimum of two guests), the Golden Sky Menu is a shared dining experience for dishes to be enjoyed by the whole party. The menu begins with vegetarian spring rolls and poached chicken with black garlic wontons, followed by seared halibut with braised tofu and crispy de-boned lamb ribs. On the side, enjoy wok-fried kai-lan with ginger sauce. Dessert includes a chocolate tart with mandarin sorbet. Upgrade you experience with Hutong’s signature Peking Duck, traditionally prepared and served with pancakes—£40 for half or £80 for whole.
